Abusive, Horrible Treatment

We experienced the most horrible treatment from the so-called office manager Amanda (definitely a KAREN). Her language was loud, negative, extremely abusive and should never be allowed. This dental practice is owned by Craig Lowrie and has three current medical malpractice suits against it. Any dental or medical professional who would knowingly allow such abusive treatment by a member of his staff to a patient does not foster good care. This abuse was plainly heard by the other dentist at the practice, Cody Holt. Unless you want to experience horrible behavior, do not use this dental practice. Such an unhinged woman also should not have access to personal information.
