Horrible value, dishonest and can't stick to his word of having vehicle ready in addition rude and blamed me for getting wrong parts, i have record of every phone call and text message verifying with him that the parts i ordered were correct but then i would bring the part and was told numerous times it was wrong after sending him part numbers and links to the parts that he confirmed to be correct. Total ripoff went for transmission and rather than asking me anything just did what he wanted to do so i had to bring the car back and pay an additional $1900 on topof the $3500 roughly for the transmission because rather than asking me if i wanted things replaced just slapping things together and saying you're trying to save me money, total lie or you would have replaced everything rather than just what you wanted, please don't patronize this place i was without my car for 5 and a half out of the last 6 months because this place and had they really wanted to help as they claimed i wouldn't be writing a review of this nature, please do yourself a favor and just go to the dealership where you bought your car for an estimate before going anywhere else, i learned the hard way and i pray you don't have to by reading my experience. Now the job still is not done and no way will i bring it back, I'll bring it to a competent mechanic I'm sure this will get some sort of reply from thwm but don't buy it this guys rated F by the BBB. Fact check if needed, oh and i have record of evesry call and text message to back up what i say, I'm also a sbo so all of my phone calls are recorded, what was especially great is how this guys nasty mouth is he doesn't have a problem speaking ignorance no professional ever uses profanity with customers im not only a customer but an advocate for the people i just don't want anyone else to be wronged by this crooked establishment lets also not forget how you begged for a 5 star review before thongs got really ugly, total con artist i notice in the reviews the only people who give good reviews are passing through, the local people get taken total advantage of and provided no receipts or evidence of actual repair just causing more damage, he also tried to claim his wifes car was sitting there waiting to be worked on but he put his customers first so her car had to wait, what a total lie and the first time i went to pick up the car you couldn't even find the keys to my car amidst the empty beer bottles i apologize viewers for the scatter brained review but I'm just writing as every interaction was nothing but another extremely costly issue with me paying i can tell you every other 1 star reviewf i were you I'd continue to read every other 1 star review and assume that's the experience that you will receive, i thought I'd give the benefit of the doubt but gosh was i the idiot
