Messed up my truck

They replaced the exhaust donuts on my truck and didn’t used the right bolts with springs so it caused one of my exhaust manifolds to break now it going to cost me over $500 because they didn’t do the job right! Now I have to pay for a second job that should have been done .
I would not take my vehicle back their they don’t seem to know what they are doing or they don’t care.
They did this job on my truck 2 Times already I will not take my truck back there. The way I look at it they couldn’t fix it right the two times they did work on it.

Ripped off went way over estimate

Advance muffler plus in Champaign worked on my car and gave me an estimate of $50.00 when I went to pick it up they said they had problems and it was now $235.00. They never offered me a chance to review the repairs before doing them.
i asked to speak with owner/manager only to find out he was the one who did it. The owner Ed was very obnoxious and demanded his money and was only concerned about himself.
I have never been treated this way in any retail establishment. Never go here as you will be screwed and have little recourse.
