i had a almost identical experience. still being charged to this day trying to dispute it.
I had a great experience with Advanced Insurance Brokerage. David Zamani helped me a great deal and was able to not only save me money but also he improved my benefits.
Great guy to deal with and I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for health insurance!!!!
I, too, dealth with David and Eric McKinnon at Advance. They both appeared to be caring and knowledgeable.
My only complaint is that they fail to keep the customer informed of the progress on health insurance applications or return calls.
I noticed that their website was a little outdated. Wonder if they are just unorganized?
I was contacted by Advanced Insurance Brokerage when I went online to get prices. I actually spoke with Mr. David Zamani and I have had the best experience ever in dealing with any type of insurnance.
They are the actual brokers not the insurance company, so any charges that you experienced came directly from the insurance carrier.
Advanced Insurance Brokerage is a great agency and I only think it is fair to give them credit for doing a good job, being honest and ethical, and helping many people not just me save money
Received a call based on internet inquiry about lower insurance costs, just to compare. Informed agent that I already had insurance and he demanded to know which company, I informed him that it was none of his business at whicch point he threatened to call the IRS on me, called their customer service line and explained the situation, and she blew me off also because I didn't matter because I am not a customer of theirs anyway. Anyone who buys from this company should have their head examined.
