When I contacted them for service, I received rude responses and terrible customer service. I explained that I needed toner and my machine was not operating properly. I was told that I should still have toner and would have to pay to get it that day or in an emergency. I run a business that requires a lot of copying, which brought my business to a halt.

The company was totally inconsiderate of my small business ability to be able to function or make money. After seven phone calls, they sent a technician to come take pictures, not solve the problem.

Do not purchase equipment from this company; they use bait and switch techniques and put you on hold when you complain. Buyer beware.
