First I would not knowingly sign a 5 year contract in fact I complained about their 3 year minimal not that I am canceling the monitoring they are claiming signed a 5 year contract and they are not willing to show me as of now. If I did sign a 5 year it was definitely a miss representation. We are working on this but they seem to be digging in their hells but as I have said the refuse to show me
so if you want to put up with this try them - they are proving all these monitoring companies are the same rip offs
