AI Highlights
  • - Garces promised permit blueprints.
  • - LA County rejected them for city codes.
  • - Drainage and shear-wall specs missing; CAD drawings not delivered.

Rodolfo Garces (owner of Affordable-Blueprints) committed to providing blueprints that we could use to obtain permits to begin a room addition on our home. When the blueprints were submitted to the county of Los Angeles we were advised they were completed using city of Los Angeles Codes not county and therefore permits could not be issued.

There were also requirements needed to include drainage specifications along with shear wall specifications. Mr Garces continued to promise to complete the necessary changes but never provided them and now will not respond at all.

The contract also agreed to provide CAD drawings as well which we never received.

Loss:
$3500
