Rude son who feels he's entitled to talk down to possible clients
- - Confronted owner's son about spitting gravel; reply was I should have paid the bill.
- - Truck isn't in my name; liable for damage; owner unconcerned.
Went into auto shop to get some things that my son needed after having his truck repo'd, mainly his diabetic supplies. Confronted the owners son about spitting gravel, since I am liable if damage is done to other buildings and his reply, "then maybe I should have paid the bill." The truck is NOT in my name.
Personal property damage falls onto me if windows are broke out, not this company.
I informed owner and he wasn't even concerned, my advice stay clear unless you want to be treated rudely and be told bald face lies. I for one will not go to this shop for any business in the future
