Everything about adp sucks. Dont call them because you will only waste your time on hold, and when they do pick up they never resolve your problems. Guarantee everyone gets the same answer, talk to your employer to "insert isuue here" so they can fix it. I cant log on my phone to view my pay, and I cant log on the computer either. Why are they even a company??

The ADP aline card is driving me crazy. Every time I make a purchase online they freeze my account. I have 3 days to finish getting Christmas together and they have stopped me at every turn. On top of that not even my employer can get them to get my info right. Screwed up the social 4 times it is printed letterhead you *** just copy it don't even bother trying to read it.

We canceled ADP in October however we had quarterly returns that needed to be revised and had to be done through ADP. We sent the amendment in November. They didn't call back until 12/30/2016 to instruct me we needed to go into the system and do the corrections. I have a check from ADP that expired. They wont pay me. They wont re-issue a check. They lie repeatedly whenever I contact them.
