Very Poor Customer Service - Unreliable

I have worked with ADP-US for many years, and I'm satisfied with the website & Service as an employee and as an Employer, Nothing is perfect, but overall ADP in the US is being good so far. Unfortunately, I can't say the same for ADP Canada. The service is very unreliable, Customer Service doesn't exist, and the payroll reps are just data entry clerks, Not professionals. If we have an issue, they just don't care, I was told by our payroll rep. He actually said to me" I don't care." WOW !!!

User's recommendation: Employees need training on Customer Service and ADP System.

Just to have a rep who can resolve issues quicker and better customer service treatment

Integrity services letter

They never filed the earnings for a certain time period while he worked for us. They need to send us the payroll info right away!!

Very frustrated

Their Customer Service in area code 902 is the worst when we switched to ADP WFN. Prior to that, we had an older version and their Customer service was great.
