I paid good money (cash up front) to this pet sitter - also calling herself a behaviour modification specialist' for full daytime care & companionship for my elderly, well behaved dog while I was at work. I eventually discovered the poor dog (after showing serious anxiety) was often left alone & locked up in a confined space while the individual went out for many hours to do other things. I filed a complaint with BBB following the 2010 incident which has gone no where. All I can do is share my experience in the hopes other dogs do not get the same treatment.
