I bought a TravelCube powerbank to charge my iPhone and Apple Watch. It was a dud.
It doesn't fully charge itself, and it charges 10% of my phone and then is at 0%. I am trying to return it but emailing their contact at help@***.net never replies, nor do their other contact emails (media@***.net, support@***.net).
They do NOT list any phone contact and the one you (pissedconsumer) have is a NON-EXISTENT number. So, I'm stuck with it.
