Admiral Petroleum

Went to Admiral in Burton, MI on Richfield and Genesee. I went in, prepaid, and came out to put the nozzle in the truck; it pumped very slowly.

The numbers continued to move even when the trigger was not pulled. I paid $45 for 13 gallons in a 20-gallon tank and I didn't even get half a tank.

Total rip-off. This needs to get fixed and I feel I should be reimbursed.

I was doing my normal thing and pay at the pump, and I was getting gas. Lady looks out the window and a few seconds pass, and they shut my pump off.

Nothing was said to me, no one came out. If they have no reason for shutting my pump off, I have no reason to use their services again.

The man inside called me a *** idiot and was very rude to me. There was something wrong with the pump and it wouldn't work so I went to a different pump and he yelled at me and said it was my fault that it got canceled and I told him no need to be rude and then he called me a *** idiot.

With customer service like that I will never ever go to that gas station ever again. I stopped there just one time because their gas was a little bit cheaper than the Sunoco down the road, but I'd rather pay more money than get called names

I got gas at your owosso mi. Admiral gas station & I used my card...I wanted $30 in gas & I bought 2 packs of cigarettes...total charge was $46.87...when I went to put gas in my tank only took $20...but only $10 was put back on my card...so I went to talk to the attendant about the other $10 owed to me & she said it takes 24 hours...well it's been 3 days & my $10 hasn't been put back on my card!!

Hello yes my name is Jerry. I purchased gas at an admiral in Lansing Michigan located on Pennsylvania Street.

I stop there on my way home because I needed gas. I put $20 in now. I dont normally stop at Amro I normally use Shells but I stopped at Admiral because my gas light came on after pumping the gas in my car and drove away in about an hour or two later Im sitting at a light and I go to pull off, and my car starts to puttering and running rough. I just had a full tuneup done on my car coil packs spark plugs, wires the whole shebang.

My car was running just fine until I put this gas in there. I took it to Macanic and he informed me that I have bad gas Im trying to figure out who do I need to talk with about being compensated? I am very upset. This is my name my daily driver.

And my only source of transportation to get my kids to and from school.

If I can have someone reach out to me with information on what I need to do what I need to talk with. That will be very much appreciate it.

Lady assistant manager left to use the restroom while I was walking up to the door 15 minutes late she returned with a strange look on her face with her eyes glossy opened wide I asked how u gonna go to the bathroom and leave me out in all this snow she stated u walked to slow and I had to go now leave before I call thr cops on your black ***

My experience at this pacticular gas station was God awful the employee was terrible didnt want to help at all she told me that dont play the lottery so there for she could not help so i adk for the manager she wasnt no help either the lady told that this was her store there more ti this story

forgot wallet brought in change.. ended up beeing 15 cents short. Went to car came back my change was gone. I SAID WHAT YOU KEEP MY MONEY....

no reply.. I then said you think I just gave it to you or what... she then says what was suppose to do with it... i said Not keep it.

As i left before I ended up in jail.. If a male would have been working i prolly wouldnt be writing this right now... calling corporate... she steals a customers money.

Admiral discount tobacco 28th street grand rapids, mi employee states can not take bottle returns after 1 p.m. too busy where state door, calling attorney General Lansing, internal revenue service illegal not take bottle returns, manager should be fired call owner myself complain. Bottle bill 1974 states if store so sells soda store sells particular brand instance shasta can by law they have take bottle returns, 2 people working counter worked gas station never did tell customer we will not accept bottle returns.
