Hi there, this all began when I made my first, and since all of this drama, fair to say my last purchase from Adina Eden on November 9th 2023.
Request: There have been so many #numbers, Im not sure which one you want. The latest to a request sent on the 28th of February 2024 is #368103
To put it simply, I paid for TWO PAIRS of heart huggies, but only received 2 earrings.

I then contacted Help services and got a response suggesting this was unlikely but was told I would be sent the earrings regardless. I then received 1 earring, still missing the other I paid for. I was then sent a shopping code. The code doesnt work.

To this I received an apology and then silence. I dont understand why I simply cant be sent the earring I paid for when it becomes available?!?!
Can someone PLEASE call me.

I have WhatsApp, Line, Messenger, telegram etc. This whole thing is so infuriating.

I ordered a custom 14k gold ring on 11/28 and I still have not received it or even a status update. I want to cancel the order if I do not receive it within the next two business days and Ill file a complaint with the better business bureau.

I still have not heard anything from this company since I placed the order on 11/28. I have reached out multiple times and no one has responded and given me an update. This was a Christmas gift and I still have no idea where it even is.

Im really upset with the lack of professionalism of Adina Eden. I placed my order on June 20th, never received it, the customer service doesnt work because they never answer my e-mails or phone call.

I want my money back.

I purchased the anklet with the butterfly and initials, never wore it never even tried it on , it still has the tag attached to it . I took it out today 5/13 to look at it looks like it is turning like a reddish color .

If it is gold plated and never worn not even tried on , it should not be changing color already .
