Horrible cheap jewelry. Bought 2 items from a boutique and another from shopbop.com site.
The jewelry falls apart, breakage and tarnishing everywhere.. It is like buying at Annie Sez or Kmart. Was SO embarrassed after giving it as a gift. I returned it and bought another piece.
AGAIN, was even delivered with stones missing. And after I emailed them to ask if I could exchange it for something else, they did not reply. I asked them on their facebook page, no reply. I won't buy this brand again ever!
Bad customer service and non-existent quality. Buyer please take my advice!

Hi, sorry to hear about the issues you have experienced, jewelries have delicate components, so as much as we try, unfortunately things do break regardless the quality of components jewelry makers use.
Please rest assure our Facebook page is completely open to the public to any complaints our customers may have, because we take our quality and services as seriously as our you would expect of us.
