AI Highlights
  • - Pharmacy hours are limited and Sundays closed, causing delays.
  • - Provider added a Sunday effective date while closed and should remove it going forward.

Here am I yet again with another issue. I think I may look for a different provider going forward since this seems to be an every month thing.

I don’t like to stress out monthly, and that’s exactly what this place is making me do. My pharmacy is small and private and the hours are limited. Only open until noon today and CLOSED on Sundays. My pharmacy called me yesterday and I missed their call, they called to tell me to call you guys because my script is due today, BUT MY PROVIDER added an effective date for the 20th (tomorrow/SUNDAY) in which they are CLOSED.

So I will now be late on my script. Fantastic. Please get back to me and let me know if the provider WILL TAKE THE EFFECTIVE DATE OFF GOING FORWARD. I don’t understand the reason for this as the pharmacy has to abide by the laws and will not release meds before they are legally able.

But they will make an effort to fill one day early if they are closed for a holiday or your date lands on a SUNDAY. And that is perfectly legal to do. Please advise. I am so beyond frustrated.

This is becoming a recurring problem. I really think whomever is running the show over there needs to remember that you are a service to HELP patients maintain and sustain good mental health. Not give them an anxiety attack every month or every time we visit with a provider and a provider decides they want to change your prescription per their belief system, regardless of what the patient has been taking has been successful in managing their mental health. Why would they change what works?

Why mess with someone's stability? I truly don’t understand.

User's recommendation: Keep looking. This is not the best choice.

Multiple Pharmacy transfer request have been ignored although request tickets are labeled "solved"

AI Highlights
  • - Two pharmacy transfer requests due to stockouts; the first not acknowledged and closed, the second solved, and I am without meds for over a month.
Contains 1 confidential file for company representatives

I have requested 2 different pharmacy transfers due to my original pharmacy being out of my medication and wouldnt be back in stock for 60 days. The first request for transfer wasnt acknowledged and a automated message had been sent to me and stating that it would take 24-48 hours for the transfer then adhd online closed the ticket, labeling it solved.

The second request, a month and a half later, was also marked solved without any action being taken. I have not had my medication for over a month and a half and get no answers or results from submitting requests via adhd onlines support system or by calling their phone number.

User's recommendation: Research other online health care providers before choosing adhd online
