I was able to get the problem solved with Adgard and I feel that the company is legitimate and the only issue I have is they need to be a little easier to contact beyond that. I think they're just fine.

Customer support and program didn't work.
- - The app would not start.
- - Refund issue: paid with Bitcoin; provided Lightning and on-chain addresses; they said they were incorrect.
Still have not heard from these people and they do not answer their phone.
I installed the app but it would not start. I contacted them about it via email and all they asked over and over was, " Have we solved your problem?
" When theyed done and told me nothing. Having paid for the app with Bitcoin I asked for a refund and when asked provided them with both my lightening and on-chain address but they said they were incorrect even though they were correct.
Preferred solution: Full refund

AdGuard customer service sucks. Thats the bottom line. AdGuard works well keeping ads out of your system, however, the vpn and their customer service is a turnoff and , in my opinion, should be avoided.
I want to cancel my AdGuard VPN. Support is mostly fair, but technical help is super bad.
Knowledge is lacking. Trying to get customer service is VERY BAD, to say the least. The site does not lead anywhere when you want to complain about service or cancel.
AdGuard is good at stopping pop-ups, but that is just about all. Absolutely do not purchase VPN as there are many others that will do a better job.
