Unusable piece of crap

I ordered a storage card made by these people through Woot.com. I have never had a problem with Woot until I bought this piece of crap. The pieces look nice but I cannot assemble the storage cart because the key support piece is missing. Woot customer service was useless and Adeptus didn't even answer their phone, (despite listing a phone number and hours). Adeptus apparently sells on Amazon too so beware, they don't stand behind their crap or you're going to end up like me with 60 odd pieces of crap that cannot be assembled and therefore are worthless. I don't know who I'm more upset with Woot/Amazon or their *** supplier, Adeptus.
