The wrong H.O.A can be a nightmare and may be hazardous to your health. It caused me to contract shingles in February of 2011 and disabled me for two full years!. The corruption and *** is enough to make one very sick! Adept Property Management is corrupt and so is Benchmark Association Services and most of their employee's! Enough is Enough! The board of directors of Hampton Village Maintenance Corp are corrupt and conspiring to cause more harm and damage. M/A's " mindless ***...... Adept/ Las Vegas...They are in cahoots with the Ombudsman's office and slime bag attorneys that are part of the H.O.A Racket! A terrible H.O.A like Hampton Village Maintenance corp put every ones lives in danger. Example number one. #1 Crack heads with assault weapons dealing drugs in your community there is no solution or action to this problem, here is why? If you call the police about an issue that needs immediate attention, they tell you to call the H.O.A? If you are lucky enough to contact the H.O.A they will say contact the police. A dangerous viciuos cycle and circle that goes round and round. Adept Management is full of spite and hate. Our new board members are M/A's= "mindless ***" If you complain about a vendor such as Custom Security who are supposed to patrol the three times per night and don't patrol all. The H.O.A will keep that vendor just to *** you and I off. But when a previous board member with good intentions like myself has hired and contracted the most honest and trustworthy vendors that are reasonably priced, company's like Adept will replace them in spite no matter what the cost is to the community. As long as the board members are not in control the management company will try to take advantage of the situation and slowly knock off the best vendors that were hired previously their own "and who normally suck" at a premium price just for kicks and kickbacks. Bad H.O.A's are bad people doing bad thing. The management company that controls these M/A's make them feel important and their ego's swell as their brains shrink. This is a hazard to every home owner.When I first moved into this H.O.A community a terrible company named Benchmark and associates was the so called management company. The board members thought they were above everybody else led by a bald headed moron named Phil Michaelson. He was the community manager at that time and pulled *** from rigging elections to lying to homeowners about their dues balances that they kept on false files. He also instructed his compliance officers to write as many illegitimate courtesy notices as possible even when the home owner was indeed in full compliance with the community's governing bylaws. He was replaced by a bigger *** named Brian Molina who questioned the boards president about legitimate office expenses. That's was me "The President". All while Benchmark "Stenchmark" was charging extreme amounts for their own personal office supplies far beyond their real expenses. They also spent 12k on speed bumps that they paid 1/2 as much for while the community's home owners absorbed the difference from their rigged prices. This is called a kickback. They also let the community go to *** and had a maintenance company called Quality One do the same job over and over again. Such as repairing a fence numerous times instead of fixing it right the first time. They actually charged us about $1000.00 to keep fixing a fence that was worth about $500.00 LoL. A normal practice between property managements and shady vendors. When I first purchased my home I was very excited about it. A two story home on a corner lot. We have pool paths parks etc. So one day I was walking past the park with one of my dogs. I looked inside the park and it was mostly dirt and dog ***. So I decided to enter the park and started picking up other peoples dog *** as a good Samaritan would do.Then a Nissan Xterra drove by and inside that car was a scrawny little *** named Lynn Ansher. She yelled from her car rudely "hey you no dogs allowed in the park" and I said I was picking up all the dog *** from other people who misused the park. She sped off almost running kids down and for the next three years I received thirty six warning letters. What they called courtesy letters. For weeds on my property that did not exist to stains on my driveway to parking my motorcycle on my walkway on and on this continued even though I had the nicest house on the block and most had five foot weeds. So I ran for a seat on the board. The recent president at that time named Richard Kashim he got one vote and I got fifty. So then I was on the board at last it wasn't worth it though at all. Lynn Ansher quit the board immediately for she knew she was in the wrong and couldn't face me nor herself. The harassing letters stopped all of a sudden of course and I became president. She was the c___t that initiated all of these *** notices! When I was President I did countless positive things for the community but most people didn't appreciate all my hard work time and effort. For so many people were moving in an out and didn't know how bad things were before they got here or before I became the good guy/President. The pool was closed before I was on the board or filthy, the park was dog *** and dirt before I was elected. The entrance ways to the community looked like *** from all the dog *** too. So I hired the best vendors for less money and fired the vendors that were ripping us all off. These issues were fixed at last and remedied and the park became lush and green and our main entrances were now much better looking and had new gravel. I installed more dogie stations in the neighborhood that contains dog *** bags and trash containers... The new homes were in shambles and virtually a ghost town in 2010. My home value dropped from $250.000 down to $100,000 and they still had the nerve " before I was on the board" to continued to harass me and other home owners that still resided here during the great depression of 2008-****. We were all in compliance for the most part but management companies make money off each letter written that they send to home owners as a form of power trips, ego and money!. I fired Benchmark association services who sucked really bad and hired Adept property management who sucks more. The lesser between two evils it turned out to be! Adept is a piece or work, slimy and disgusting. They are two faced back stabbing ***'s and bastards. In March of 2012 I received a email from Mike Meyers who was a compliance patrol who still works for Adept Management. The Email was asking me if it was O.K for a neighbor to make their front yard all asphalt. I replied to Mike "when I was President" I answered his Email and said "why do they want to do that so they can turn the yard into a parking lot !" Instead of Schmike writing a professional reply to the residence he decided to maliciously forwarded my personal email to the resident and created friction that has now been resolved. Mary claims she knew nothing about it? I say *** to that!. Adept will try to pit people against one another like so many other management company's do in Las Vegas. They think in their own minds that it's part of controlling and dictating whatever they want legal or not. Mary also refuses to send me minutes of the meetings which is a violation of NRS 116.3108 after she deliberately and personally illegally assigned an irate homeowner to the board Chrissy Hizon. Miss Hizon rented out her three bedroom home to 9 people living in one home taking up all parking spots. A Mrs. Gonzalez, her boy friend Mr Lambert ,Three kids, her son and son's girlfriend and there infant daughter. (9) People even though only a few were listed on the originally lease.
