Paid Double The Fee

The service ended up costing double. The site had a bug and ended up costing me a fee the buyers realtor should have paid. This could have been corrected by my due diligence phone call to Keith Gordon however he quickly resolved the problem to be a system bug and let me know I was not responsible for the $299 fee the buyers realtor should have paid. In the end, he was wrong so the MLS listing was never updated therefore the buyers realtor was not responsible. Instead of making it right, Keith Gordon determined I would pay the fee and threatened to make bad postings online against me if I gave bad feedback for their service. I highly recommend using another service other than this site to sell your home.

The day after my post, the company decided to acknowledge their mistake and issue a refund. Nice to see a company with the ability to correct their mistake.
