Addison Collection

I was ripped off by an internet vendor who charged me a fee for restocking a defective handbag. It appeared that the addison collection company glued up a bag them selves and sent it to me. It was supposed to be a signed handbag and it was not signed and the glue was wet. I requested a full refund after I allowed them to replace the bag for a third time. They sent me back the very same glued up handbag. I returned the same bag again and they charged me 25.00 for all of the trouble they caused me. "I had returned a defective Mary Frances product only to have the vendor The Addison Collection deduct a fee from my refund. Initially I was mailed a christmas tree bag that was not even a Mary Frances, I complained and sent the bag back. I thought it was a mistake, but I now feel that Addition did not have the guitar bag on hand and just mailed me anything. Moreover, Addison refused to send me a good functioning Mary Frances handbag and just repackaged the very same defective bag and sent it right back to me. I would like you to rethink having your bags handled by this vendor. They use your products to attract business and then scam customers like my self. The following is a BBB report that I made about the addison collection: "the Addison collection is a rip off site with damage merchandise and bogus fees (that were not posted on my receipt or any ads on the site) - I completed my order with them online. I have never been in the store and saw the bag I wanted on the net the link brought me to the addison collection and I ordered it since Mary Frances had them listed as a dealer. I did not get the bag I ordered in the first go round - they sent me a christmas tree. I called them they arranged for a pick up and replacement. Weeks went by and the sent me the correct bag which of course was poorly constructed and the glue was lose and gummy. I called and that bag was supposed to be replaced- however, they just sent me the exact same defective bag right back to me (unchanged). I call them and returned the bag to them for the third and final time and ask for my money back. They sent me some money and kept some money for their troubles. I want all my money back. I signed nothing that stated they get to keep some money- moreover, the bag was a mess right out of the box and could not be worn. I called to ask for the rest of my money and was told that the bag was fine and they charge me a fee to take the bag back. What a rip off!!! They bag was glued by a five year old with cheap glue that never dried and now it is my problem!! the Addison collection is stealing my money and selling garbage over the internet, and this is unacceptable. the Addison collection owes me 25.00". Returned a Crislu tennis bracelet. Followed all directions for the return, returned in original packaging, insured the package and it is now 2 months later and still have not received my $118 refund. Post office clearly shows the return was made on April 10, Addison says they never received it. They apparently have no secure way of receiving mail, they claim that packages left can be "stolen" by other businesses. Interesting that they know this yet still have not fixed the problem. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY, THEY NEVER RETURN CALLS, NOR FOLLOW THROUGH ON RESOLVING ISSUES.
