Purchased fiio q3 mqa which does not work
Purchased the above online, no mention of incompatability with android devices, marketed as a dac for phones.
Does not work, sound coming from phones' speakers not dac. Called & guy said he had never encountered this before, I have tried on 2 devices!
Rcd an email telling me to enable developer options in settings & enable usb audio routing which I did to no effect.
Called back to advise outcome & told they sell 100's & have never seen this. I said not working with 2 devices, clearly a faulty product which i would like to return for a refund.
This evidently they do not do so i am now $100's out of pocket, cant use the wired IEMs I purchased to use with this fiio dac/amp.
Disappointing & expensive exercise & most unhappy.
