Terrible fabric staining from algae growth...impossible to clean

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

The fabric seems to promote algae growth in our west coast climate. Ive tried rinsing with a water hose spray tip and tried mild detergent with a soft brush as per the only instructions that I could find recommended by the manufacturer.

I called the manufacturer and they told me they have never heard of this problem? Are you kidding?

Misleading description, useless product

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

As a Floridian I searched for a rain protection since it bought an old rv with failing seals. Sun was not my concern, since it’s nothing compared to a subtropical rain fall.

The hight tech tyvek cover is freely releasing the water through, and now the situation is even worse: it is crazily hot & humid. Bonus, when you call costumer care they educate you, instead of honoring their “warranty”.

So instead of buying this junk simply donate them whatever you want to waste. This is a cover for steaming up rv, so this way your seal are peeling off much faster.

No warranty coverage

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

I originally bought a cover for my travel trailer in 2015 that came with a 2 year warranty. After 20 months it began falling apart due damage from the sun.

I filed a warranty claim that was approved and convinced to "upgraded" to their Tyvek cover for $100 plus $35 shipping. According to their product description, the Tyvek cover had a 3 year warranty. After 2 years the new cover began falling apart just like the first. I called to file a warranty claim and was told there is NO warranty on replacement covers even though the product literature states it has a 3 year warranty.

I will never buy their products again . At this time I have over $500 invested.

Have had many Adco covers over the years and they have lasted. But this last is did not make it through the first year.

Have been trying to get another through warranty since Oct of 2015 They need to stand by their products Have went through the winter without a cover on our 40 ft RV Hoping to have it before next winter season Very disappointed in the product and the customer service we have received. Anyone should check out these reviews before buying

Inferior RV Covers / No Response from the Manufacturer

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

Do yourself a favor and do not purchase any RV cover manufactured by ADCO Products in Southern California. I purchased a so-called top of the line cover (manufactured in China, by the way) from Camping World and two years later the cover is garbage - multiple large tears and more than half of the straps have torn off the cover.

I contacted ADCO Customer Service about this and despite their assurance that they would respond, I have yet to receive a reply despite several phone calls and emails. Their customer service is horrible - BE AWARE and avoid their products !!
