Complete shambles
- 10% off first purchase offered via email signup; no code.
- No order number to file a complaint.
- Post-purchase support was unhelpful.
Having being offered a 10% discount on first purchase if I subscribed by giving my email address no discount code was given. In order to put forward a complaint , you need an order number which I did not have ad waiting on said code.
I tried both emailing and also found a number on line.
After speaking to a representative they informed me that the discount was only given after purchase?? Adonalo claimed they do not have a telephone number (which in itself is an oddity - or convenient to avoid customer interaction. However I did speak with someone who told me to call back after purchase. I was clear that I wanted the discount on my first order and not a subsequent order and was told that categorically would not happen.
Then that is what exactly what was offered!
Once they have your money they just constantly fob you off.
Completely unprofessional and completely lacking in customer service.
The items bought are for a birthday present that was requested otherwise I would have just cancelled order. I would advise anybody to steer clear of this underhand company.
