Adams Motorsports Park Reviews

We had called Adams Motorsports to setup a company event for the racetrack. The sales representative, Ahmad, was very happen to take to take the application and get a credit card for 50% deposit for $1200. We had a party of 8 for the race which was for $300 each for 4 hours, as advertised on their website, and as Ahmad had told us. In addition, we had informed Ahmad that we have an individual who weighs 350 lbs, and Ahmad had stated that they could accomodate any size and they have different size go-carts for the races. Everything was fine and they processing my credit card. We got to the race and paid the rest of the funds in cash. We got to the race and found out that we could only race 4 at a time, which was understable, but not explained to us before hand. The instructor, Dave, was very professional and great. We all looked at the carts and they were tiny and all very small. We are grown ups and had already told the details of ourselves before hand, and these karts are made for 13 year olds. We could barely fit in the carts. Furthermore, the individual who weighed about 350 could not even get even a little inside the kart. The individual understood the fact and didnt race. THEY SHOULD NOT TELL YOU THAT YOU COULD PROVIDE A SERVICE IF YOU CAN'T PROVIDE IT!!! He was very disappointed--he was one of the only reasons we went to this event. We started off with the race and instead of the 4 hours, they ENDED THE RANCE IN 3 HOURS...TELLING US THAT ITS GETTING LATE AND THEY HAVE TO PUT THE CARTS AWAY BEFORE IT GETS TOO LATE!!! We expected a refund for the individual who did not ride because of weight issues and we expected a refund for the 1 hour prorated, which we believe is fair. I called Ahmad for the refund...he was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL...AND ALWAYS TOO BUSY TO TAKE OUR CALLS. Even when I myself called him, he was in his therapy for something and super unprofessional. THIS PLACE IS A RIP OFF... you rather go to bumper cars in DisneyLand or Castle Park. I DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO USE THEIR PLACE AS IT IS A RIP OFF! THEY TAKE YOU IN CIRCLES FOR A COUPLE HOURS AND CHARGE $300 PER PERSON. ITS A BIG RIP OFF WITH HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. What Ahmad doesnt know, is that, we are a law firm, and we are going to take legal action. THIS IS FALSE ADVERTISING, AND NOT COMPLETING THE SERVICES AS STATED.
