Plan to pay $90.00 for water for one person who is away 12 hours a day 5 days a week. Increased 50.00 when this company took over
Also plan to have lights in complex never replaced so plan to come home in the dark.

This company with another partner First Common Investments purchased an apartment complex in Gulf Shores, Al (Villas of Bon Secour) ever since they took over this property in December 2014 they have done nothing but run it in the ground, they move in unqualified and less desirable people in which has caused a drug problem and some suspicious activity, when Adams LaSalle was asked to help with this issue they would not do anything. Adams LaSalle does not pay their vendors but they expect them to continue to work. All they care about is filling up the complex and they are not worried about the safety of the current residents.
