Resolved: LICENSE TO STEAL
KIRK ADAMS LAW OFFICE , RIDLEY PARK, PA
Beware getting Wills there!! Kirk wrote a lousy Will for our dad and now 1.5 years after his death, we the beneficiaries can't get an accounting of the Will or most of the personal assets that were left to his kids.
Kirk is cashing in on an incompetent, unwilling executrix who admitted she did not want to be put in that position. We asked to change to the alternative executor long ago but went to deaf ears just like all the other questions we asked. I got a reply back once that started, " Mrs. ______, "you are wearing me out".
Can't get facts but he is long in the tooth$$ (of talk) but you get no questions answered just loose talk to have you believe what he wants you to think. It's shameful how unprofessional we have been treated, there is a reason Kirk Adams is NOT giving us what his fees are. If my dad intented for him to get the inheritance he would have signed it over to him initial.
Taking advantage of an incapable senior executrix is a legal way to do the same thing. Best to get legal advice from a big town.

He threaten me with a lawsuit of Libel seeking damages because I wrote a Yelp review. I know freedom of speech but not willing to take the chance. I have decided to hire an attorney and rent a nearby billboard to express myself concerning the matter.
