Bought a brand new 2018 Chevy Colorado
I bought the truck and that's all they wanted! I jumped through hoops to get this truck and paid extra money for a package to protect the exterior paint and glass as well as the interior. I have tried numerous times to get an appointment. Nobody gets back to me or even acknowledges that I bought the truck. Totally ridiculous! I am paying extra money for a package that is not being given to me! I will be at Adams this week to trade the truck in and take my business elsewhere! I was treated like gold when it comes to the time of buying the truck. And now all the sudden nobody wants to even acknowledge I bought it! Paying extra money for a package that has been swept under the carpet!

Adams Chevrolet in Havre De Grace are fraudsters
Purchased a chrysler 300 3 months ago and the engine is already failing in the car. I've took it into their service dept because it was reading a car code of "p0300 engine misfire" and they wanted $105.00 just to check the car out even tho i had a warranty on the car. Anyway they check the car out and they tell me that i have to take it over to their other dealer and pay again to have it looked at. I was like what the *** am i paying you guys for then. They said 100% crap and that i will have to pay like $50 something instead of the $100 because they could not find out the problem. So they really just wasted 100% of my time and cost me $50. SMH.... I got this car less then 4 months ago and the engine is already failing & the back window does not even go down anymore. I'm currently speaking with their resident agent (JUDITH SILVERSTEN 30 OFFICE ST BEL AIR, MD 21014 4**-**8-5522) regarding taking this matter to federal court and also have filed complaints with BBB & CHRYSLER directly regarding this dealership. =========================== DON'T BUY A CAR FROM ADAMS CHEVROLET YOU WILL GET RIPPED OFF AND THE CAR WILL TURN OUT TO BE A POS AFTER YOU SIGN THE LOAN AND DRIVE OFF THE LOT.
