Can’t track my order
Customer service was friendly and professional. My real concern, as I informed the representative was that the package track link on their website wasn’t working.
Unsure if she contacted their web support to get the problem fixed. She did refund my shipping fees immediately.
When I try to track my order on Adammale, it takes me to a page that says information unavailable.
Call received from company. Pleasant lady explained that delivery delay was from the snowy weather we had.
True. Told I would get delivery in two days and I did.
