Adam Kokinda is one of the best *** artists I have had the pleasure of meeting. He will take your money, talk real nice and hold you off until you go away broke. Please steal away from this man and never look back.

Adam Kokinda Land Development Property Rental Review
Adam Kokinda sold us a property for over $5499 We never received deed or anything. He said he would give us a refund.
We have not seen a dime. tha same property he sold us was auctioned off at a tax sale 8 days from purchase date.
That's why I wanted a refund. He said the deed was in the mail to me with my name.

Stole $2500. from Me on a Promissory Note
I made a written agreement with this company based on a land contract. I initially intended to purchase the land with monthly payment.
My plans changed and I decided to terminate the contract which the company agree to. They also agreed to refund all of the payments I made to them totaling $2500. on a signed promissory note. This agreement was made on 5/1/15 and I have not seen a dime yet.
Stay away from this company they are scam artists! Adam Kokinda Land Development base in Lehighton, PA.
They agreements are meaningless. I have to go through the small claims court process now with no guarantee of getting my money.
