Adam Kokinda sold us a property for over $5499 We never received deed or anything. He said he would give us a refund.
We have not seen a dime. tha same property he sold us was auctioned off at a tax sale 8 days from purchase date.
That's why I wanted a refund. He said the deed was in the mail to me with my name.

I made a written agreement with this company based on a land contract. I initially intended to purchase the land with monthly payment.
My plans changed and I decided to terminate the contract which the company agree to. They also agreed to refund all of the payments I made to them totaling $2500. on a signed promissory note. This agreement was made on 5/1/15 and I have not seen a dime yet.
Stay away from this company they are scam artists! Adam Kokinda Land Development base in Lehighton, PA.
They agreements are meaningless. I have to go through the small claims court process now with no guarantee of getting my money.
