Didn't get what I paid for

Do not order from this company! I ordered a new split heat pump system on August 13th and it is now August 28th. No shipping updates or contact of any kind can be made to get the status on almost $3000 worth of equipment I ordered. I have tried numerous times to call to get a status on my order but can't get a hold of anyone. Their live chat is disabled and if you leave a callback request they won't call back. I can't even contact them to cancel the order. My only recourse is to have the bank withhold payment. Absolute worst service I have ever seen.

User's recommendation: Do not do business with them. If I could give the negative stars I would.
