Items shown on website completely different.
They sent the correct part number but the photos of the item linked with the part number was completely different. They refused to accept return.
Also, slow response. I dont prefer not to use Amazon but the experience makes me hesitant to support small online retailers.

Verified ReviewerBuyer beware
- - Ordered a right rear door lock but received the left rear door.
- - RMA denial email; the site description said right rear door and was incorrect.
Ordered a lock mechanism for the right rear door and was sent the mechanism for the left rear door instead. Apparently, the part number may have been correct, but the description from their website stated 'right rear door' and was incorrect.
I filled out the RMA form and thought they would simply send the correct part, but then I got a denial in the email.
I called to speak to someone in the RMA department who was the most rude and unprofessional person I have ever spoken to in any business. I was told that they did not send the wrong part and that was it.
- Have a website
- Terrible customer service and rude unprofessional employee
Preferred solution: Full refund
User's recommendation: Don't even think about doing business here.

Verified ReviewerWaste of time
- - There was a long wait on order processing with no progress.
- - I cancelled the order after 3 weeks+ waiting for an invoice and bought elsewhere.
A whole lot of waiting on order processing while nothing gets done. Glad I didn't get to transfer any money to them.
Cancelled order myself after waiting 3 weeks+ for an invoice. Got all the stuff in the meantime ordered and shipped over from another place.
- Cheap parts
- Useless staff cant process an order
Preferred solution: My time back.

Verified ReviewerThey sent me the wrong part. But we're not accept it back for a refund.
- - I ordered a part for my vehicle based on make, model, year, and VIN.
- - The site said it would fit.
- - Return denied, I lost money; customer service was poor.
I purchased a part based on my vehicle's make, model, and year, and included my VIN number. Their website indicated that the part would fit my vehicle.
Once received, it appeared that it would possibly fit; however, others determined it was not the correct piece and it would not fit my vehicle. They would not allow me to return the part, so I lost my money. This is the first and last time I will use this service.
If they send you the wrong part, you're out of luck. Their customer service is horrible.
- Poor customer service
Preferred solution: Full refund
User's recommendation: Don't purchase parts from here.
Won't provide RMA
- - Ordered a passenger side mirror via VIN; the part looked correct.
- - It was the wrong part; return denied due to discarded packaging; they want $470.
Using their website typed in VIN number. Software pointed me to part.
Ordered part (Passenger side mirror assembly). Got part and it looked right (color, passenger side). Set it on the bench to work on next week. Became evident it was the wrong part when I pulled the old one.
Tried to return part and they wouldn't issue RMA because I threw away the box and packaging that the part came in. Went round and round trying to discuss this with RMA dept. Continued to get generic emails that RMA was denied. 2 weeks and I call to talk to a person.
Got run around for another week. Talked to a supervisor who was rude and hung up (I wasn't cussing of yelling) just pleading my case to which she had no answers. They want me to eat a $470 part because I threw the box away.
Crooks. Run away as fast as you can.
- Callus indifferent crooks
Preferred solution: Full refund
User's recommendation: Take business elsewhere. Will never do business with Acura again.

Verified ReviewerPart not fitting
- - Rail for 2018 Acura MDX didn't fit.
- - Return allowed but you pay shipping, 20% restocking, and $200+.
- - Customer service was unhelpful.
We ordered a rail to be installed above our 2018 Acura MDX. The rail we received was smaller and it wouldn't fit.
We called them to talk about the situation. They said we can return it, but we had to pay for the return shipping and they charged us a 20% restocking fee. We tried to talk to customer service. The representative was not very nice and continued claiming that it's not their fault.
Overall, between the return and restocking fee, we are $200+ and no rail.
Beware of this company. The offices are in one place and the actual warehouse is in a totally different place with no synchronization between them.Beware

Verified ReviewerWill not accept a return even though they sent wrong item
- - APW sent the wrong ac blend door motor.
- - Return denied because the item was opened.
- - Part is for a different vehicle; described as a scam.
I ordered an ac blend door motor assembly from APW but they sent the wrong part. I didn't realize it until I had opened it and removed the original from my vehicle.
They refused to accept the returned item because it is opened. The part they sent is for a different vehicle. I provided all the pictures they requested and they still denied my refund. Terrible customer service.
See photos, clearly they sent me the wrong part. Scam company, beware.
Preferred solution: Full refund

Verified Reviewer |Anybody who asks for money after your purchase is complete is dishonest
- - There was no upfront mention of a core charge during browsing or checkout.
- - A follow-up email demanded a $1,000 core charge after purchase.
I bought a remanufactured radio receiver for my MDX. I spent considerable time searching for my model and finally found it.
I purchased it and at no time during my browsing of acurapartswarehouse.com or during the checkout process, was any mention made of a core charge. Fast forward to the next day AFTER I had completed my purchase. I got a follow up email. I was expecting "Thank you for your order".
or "We've shipped your order". Never in a million years did I expect to open the email and see. "You owe us a $1,000 core charge. Pay us or we'll cancel the order" Yes you read that right.
ONE THOUSAND DOLLARS.
Look I know that core charges are a part of the auto parts industry. What I can't stand is the fact that these guys came in AFTER the purchase to demand it instead of being up-front about it. This is the worst of behaviors and it leaves a horrible taste in my mouth for dealing with stealerships.
Do not buy from them. After all, you don't want to be blythefully waiting for your part and get extorted after the fact for additional money.
User's recommendation: Do not buy from them
