Worst Car buying experience ever. Acura of Sherman Oaks!!! Total Scam Dealer!

Purchased S550 $70k car, took a week to complete a simple cash deal, then a month to receive the title. Forced to buy $2k worth of unneeded products on a car they weren't actually applied to the car.

Car was received with additional damage not in original pictures, very disappointed with service & handling of simple issues. Not an honest dealer after buying 50+ cars this is another example of a poor dealership. Spoke with sales person, no solution. Then spoke with used car manger no solution or call back.

Asked to have GM call to solve a simple few simple issues. no call. Surprised this is a LITHIA branded dealership. I'll be sure to pass my concerns on to corporate LITHIA.

This poor service from one LITHIA dealer will impact any future purchase from LITHIA dealers. Sad thing is I buy 2-5 cars personally almost every year.

After dealer response.

Rick this isn't about the price of the car, you guys are missing the point again. Your generic response shows here, there were no aftermarket parts? So just responding to just get a response on record shows the poor service again.

As I mentioned a number of times, this is about they delaying, the lies & lack of integrity with the whole process & transaction. To offer me a $300 credit to fix the headrest (MBZ dealer part $2200) & dash repair ($500-$100) is an insult after I just wired you $70k cash for the car, so you can see its clearly about having integrity. The car wasn't advertised with the damage none of the pictures show the damage to the car. Then for you guys to ignore & not take responsibility just makes it worse.

As I've told you guys before I just want it fixed, you guys should be paying to have it fixed not I. I've told you what it cost to get it fixed, credit back my credit card for the repairs or I can take the car to a local LITHIA dealer and you guys can handle the cost internally.

Then to top it off you end your response with contact you, again same is the same thing you guys have done in post after post & zero problems are resolved. You guys have my # & called me yesterday & are supposed to call me today. Surprise no call as of yet.

If you call, call with a solution to the problem. It's been more than discussed enough.

Clearly showing this isn't about solving problems, because it still exist even after this response.

If resolved, happy to post the outcome of the situation so other can see as well
