Canceled appointment
I had an appointment yesterday at 1:30 November 1st at your office on Johnson St, in Hollywoo, Fl. This was confirmed the night before by automation.
On my way to the appointment a representative called me and canceled the appointment saying that they did not receive authorization from Humana.
This is not true and verified this morning with Humana that they authorized the MRI on October 13th. I am disgusted with everything about your company starting the way appointments are handled and to confirming my appointment the night before and canceling an hour before.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution

Kelly Anderson filed a restraining order against Tiffany Dyster because she was afraid of Tiffany. She said there was violence, and guess what the violence was?
Now this is scary, so get ready....a phone call and a text. Very violent huh? Stalker? Yes she called Tiffany Dyster a stalker in the Restraining Order Complaint. Kelly Anderson of Gulf Breeze Florida also wrote in the complaint that her Fiance asked Tiffany to Stop Calling too. She and her Fiance are afraid of this woman. (or is Henry done with her?) This little tiny 5'3" tall Tiffany is making them so afraid. Hmmmm, now Anderson was afraid of Henry before right? She said he broke her leg, right? And Henry Lusane Dr., was afraid of Kelly 4 X before and put at least 3 restraining orders on Kelly, and now Henry is afraid of Tiffany. So Henry is afraid of women, especially little ones
This little chubster Kelly Anderson and her part time Aspberger Fiance (Fake Diamond in the ring?) are full of it. Got the court systems wrapped up into yet another BS nothing case. How many times has Kelly Anderson been in court for Restraining Orders against her? Oh, too many to count :} How about Henry? Go to Escambia Clerk Of Courts and see what these 2 do with our court system.
So she is back with Henry again, at least here and there anyway. And Henry is still banging ? nurses at Baptist Hospital?, oh and other employees too, like Tiffany :} ?
