Unable to Download Exams
TLDR: Fraud; no intention of honoring any guarantees; removed all access to "unlimited lifetime" packages

TLDR: SCAM. They do not honor any guarantees posted on their site.
A few years ago, 2017 maybe?, they revoked, without warning, everyone's lifetime membership standing and refuse to acknowledge it or reinstate the services promised therefore they wrongly took payment and did not and will not deliver the service goods. If you fail a test they will blame the vendor for changing the product - not themselves. They will not off anything.
Following is the complete transaction between me (a paid life-time subscription holder) and actual tests. I use the pdf of certifications to attempt to further my knowledge and when I come across a question I don't know or understand; I add that to the list.
This is in conjunction with many other tools in use. The point is - Actual Tests does not honor their promises at all and refuses to engage. They cannot even leverage their own billing information for verification. I don't have the information anymore, I've cleaned out my email account when it got too large and believe I did so without being as cautious as I should have been but still, it's a little ridiculous when a company is this obviously fake.
Also, I was able to forward to them the same invoices that they have on their site but they can't use them either.

Same issue. Bought mine back in 2009 and had downloaded the PDF from the SAME EMAIL address I have always used to login to their site, oh that still works.
But of course NOW it says I have no package and even with the proof of PDF invoice and bank statement they tell me they wont honor it because they have no "email address" associated with my account. Seriously? You mean the one I logged in with in 2018 and saved my paid PDF invoice with?

Don't waste your money , they are sucks
Once again, Actual Tests is a joke, despite complaining having no access CompTIA Security+ SYO 501 , I sent them the bellow message on Tue 6/9/2020 9:26 AM requesting full access as mentioned on the subscription agreement. Unfortunately, I got no answer, which tell me and other subscribers to think twice before purchasing any resources from Actual Tests.

I had the same issue too. Seems that they disable dormant accounts after a few years.
I signed up again and they disabled my account after a few years. Luckily the second time around, I still had my invoice email from them and they reactivated my account.

Lifetime Membership Complete Fraud, avoid avoid avoid.
I purchased the lifetime membership in 2005 or 2006. It has now been over ten years since I last used the account.
Repeatedly I have sent email after email, requesting that they look up my account either by name, phone number, or another way.
The response that I have been getting is for me to show them proof of purchase.
I have asked why they cannot search for my account by other means, no response.
I informed them that the account was created over ten years ago, and that my financial institution has records dated seven years back, no further.
Once again the response sent to me was: "We need any proof that payment has been made: either screenshot from credit card statement or confirmation email/receipt from your bank or the payment confirmation with transaction ID that we sent you at the time of purchase.
Only then we can find your payment and restore the access.

This has now been going on for over a month, I have requested a phone number to call - no response.

My Advice to anyone thinking to join this site is to AVOID, AVOID AVOID.

I purchased Actualtests "Lifetime" "Unlimited" membership in 2004. I only access the site once every two or three years.
I accessed it a couple of years ago, it is now 2019, and downloaded some PDF to review. I tried it just a few days ago and I could login but I could not access the PDFs. I've been back and forth with them about the reason my access was cut off and all they will say is, "If you want it back produce your receipt from when you paid for it" I would think a reputable and honorable institution would have said records themselves. It seems they are banking on no one actually keeping receipts of this kind from that many years ago.
I have emails dating back to 2005 with them acknowledging I am getting said emails because I am a member and yet they still claim they can't find my information. I just expect "Lifetime Unlimited Access" to be just that.
