I was not pissed until I tried to call customer service for assistance on purchasing a code reader. NEVER GOT TO SPEAK TO CUST SVC!!!

!!!

So you succeeded in *** me off !!! I learned my lesson, apparently you want to play cute games instead of selling your products..

Cons:
  • Customer service

Preferred solution: I just wanted to talk to a cust svc rep to recommend which of your products would work on my vehicle.

User's recommendation: If you can buy your equipment from a different company do it!
