This Company Scams Actors
Boycott Gary Marsh and Actors Access for preying on hopes and dreams and stealing from artists for decades. Breakdown Services is also fraudulent for agents and managers being gauged to purchase breakdowns.
Take out this loser and bully! Did anyone read about how he treats women?

Gary Marsh Sucks
The owner of Actors Access blocked me as a casting director after
I exposed his abuse towards woman in particular. The other alarming thing is he does this to actors who speak out as well and limits their agent breakdowns.

Gary Marsh is Finally Exposed
We are proud of everyone who has spoken out against Gary Marsh, Actors Access and Breakdown Services. The fraud of a man lives in Malibu while he beyond cheats and steals from actors and all industry professionals with a bait and switch scam.
He also gauges agents and managers with a fraud price per area for breakdowns. If he keeps up the fees he will be taken out.

Technical issues
Actors Access, a portal used between Casting Directors, Agents and Actors- with extreme time sensative deadlines. Actors Acess has failed to grow up as a " middle man" responsible position, as they try to grow into being a leader in " casting directors medium".
When their system crashes, and they do nothing for 11 hours , not answer the phones, not reach out to actors and agents alike to explain they are aware their system has crashed and then take positive action. In fact they do the opposite- they do nothing! While Directors and Casting Agents as well as Actors just watch projects being offered expired.
If they were held accountable, they would be sued! They are a terrible irresponsible venue

Can’t get live customer service
This was the first time I had an issue, and it was impossible to get a hold of a live person. Its really the first time ever had an issue that I wanted to call in about but I couldnt find a way to do that and ultimately, I just didnt send the audition in because it would not upload the file is not too large.

I was having difficulty uploading videos to your site, and I spoke to your service representative. By the name of, I think, Melissa. She was very helpful and got me to the point where the uploading was successful.

Problems
This new thing with having to check images to prove you're not a robot is ridiculous!! I spent 10 minutes with that garbage and was barely able to submit!
Leave well enough alone go back to the old way!
This is annoying and pointless. None of us are robots more do we have the time for such foolishness as actors
Preferred solution: I just want to submit like before without being asked 100 times if I'm a robot it's STUPID
