They completely took advantage of us and sold us a vehicle that had problems and refused to take care of them
- Radio and brakes failed in the first week.
- Paint chipped after first wash; tires cheap and perform poorly in snow; dealer refused assistance.
We bought a certified pre owned Toyota Rav 4 from them. We didnt mind spending a couple thousand dollars more than buying from a private party because there was an expectation that they will stand behind their vehicles.
Unfortunately, the radio/entertainment system broke and the brakes started squealing all within the first week.
Also, the paint started chipping the first time we got it washed. It was as if they took magic markers to cover over all the chip marks/scratches on the front of the vehicle so when we got it washed it all came off and suddenly you could see over a dozen chips in the paint, if not a couple of dozen. Also, the tires they put on are literally the cheapest tires you can buy so its worst in the snow then our other car thats only a two wheel drive!
So far, they have absolutely refused to do anything about it.
We even offered to give it back and purchase a brand new one and they refused. DO NOT BUY FROM ACTON TOYOTA!!!
