Game data gone

I havent played in 5 months and all my level 1310 characters are gone all 11 of them. And theyre equipped gear is gone.

Help not lost in your stupid online canned support

After trying Cold War My modern warfare game no loner will unlock for Campaign I dont play online usage worked fine before Coldwar back as I dont play multiplayers hate them This game worked hours while offline. Now Champaign is locked PlayStation took Coldwar back as I thought it was a game not multiplayer returned $31.79 I want to play this game its now useless I cant call you for support This issue is not in any of your categories Email gdenyer5473@***.net or call me 734-626-****

Stealing hundreds of thousands of dollars from “customers”

Im not sure how this can be legal but Activision is stealing hundresds of thousands of dollars from consumers and no one is doing anything about it. They are banning player from playing their games with no warnings, violations, or explanations. They are judge, jury, and executioner of your account and they take your money and run. 75% of the time their website doesnt even allow you to log in. When you do manage to get logged in their support is non existent you go around in circle with the same boiler plate generic answer that have nothing to do with your issues. You file a support ticket and they do not contact you. They claim on their website that all bans are final but how can a ban be final. You have no warning, no violation, no explanation. Activision has banned more than 400,000 warzone accounts for cheating fair enough but in my opinion if just one of those accounts spent money and was wrongfully banned that is absolutely stealing and Activision should be punished. This is by far the most elaborate scam in United States history and they should be dealt with.

Poor customer service

I lost all my content after a recent update. Everything from items I've purchased, skins and weapon upgrades. My account was reset to zero and I have to start over from scratch, which I refuse to do. I've tried to account recovering with no response after the 10 business days they promise. I tried contacting their customer service number, but that is a joke as well. I will not be purchasing any more Activision games and will encourage anyone I know to do the same.

No one's ever got back to me

I've been trying to unlink my account from my PlayStation for my Xbox to be able to play because I accidentally linked my stuff together and still no one has got back to me I've called I've text I've done everything to ask me to do but no one has gotten back to me

Garbage Service

I have just bought Black Ops Cold war the other day. I loaded it up once and the game crashed on me. As an experienced pc player ive definitely seen this happen several times for many games. i tried two more times and still, crash right after the intro. So i then updated my Drivers and my Widows and did a full PC restart. So i come back everything is finally booted up. I go to Load into Cold War and i notice a Account has Been Permanently Banned Notification. So seing this. I immediately panic. Obviously I just spent 70$ on a game that couldnt even load in. So i start browsing. I started with activision. Okay Activision Doesnt do any process for unbanning. Understandable if its banned for good reason. So i look for a phone number to contact for additional support. Okay, weird. No Number. No email. No way to contact them at all. Okay so now i am in the dark. I have less than 5 minutes gameplay because the game kept crashing right as i loaded in. What on earth could i have possibly done wrong loading into the game 3 times and restarting my pc to deserve a PERMANENT BAN? I am getting really frustrated and i just need some real help from somebody who actually sees my situation and cares a little bit. 70$ for some people isnt just nothing. This is a decent chunk of money for some people, and now that being said i spent 70$ and have no way in playing this game? I need to know what i can do and please dont say *contact activision support* because as i stated before. You literally cant. There is no way to contact their support whatsoever. I would like to take the steps of getting this resolved and need a foot in the door. i dont really want to lose that account as ive had it for many years. However if it has to be that way. I do definitely NEED to receive a refund. I have been done completely DIRTY in this situation. Please Somebody Give me some actual help. Thank you.
