I asked this company to cancel my trash service. Not only did they not cancel it but illegally auto drafted money from my account and then sent me another invoice siting 3 trash receptacles and I have 2.
I decided to email instead, so it is in writing and was insulted even to the point of one representative saying no wonder you're divorced, and we will come and pick up your bins at the end of the month. I continuously ask them to stop emailing me, but the representative kept emailing regardless, and it was offensive, and I am under doctors care and this has impacted my condition.
I have never dealt with anything or any company so unprofessional, and my entire life, and I have dealt with many. This company needs to be cited for taking people's money without their permission, as well as harassment.

Unprofessional workers
My kids with disabilities get home therapy, our kids' therapist parked her car and accidentally blocked the path for the recycle truck. The driver blasted the horn and my wife went to see what was going on and a worker charge my wife and started screaming at her. When I called to complain, they had no apology and said they would talk to the operation department and driver and crew.

Inquired about a mix up. Was screamed at and hung up on, 3x, by the same person.
Another person informed me it was "Cathy" the office manager.
However, when I emailed asking for her name she told me it was "Anne Fuqov".
I told her I would report her to the VP and she stated "Good".
This is the most obnoxiously, ridiculously, awful excuse for customer service I have ever experienced. Do not use this company.

After filing complaints with Pissed Consumer, the Better Business Bureau, Consumer Affairs and several other sites, Active Waste reached out to us and said they would send someone to clean our driveway. The person came that Sunday and pressure washed our driveway, removing all of the tire tracks their truck left. We were satisfied with the end results.
On May 19, 2021, a large Active Waste truck (pulling a LARGE DUMPSTER) showed up at our home, pulled into our driveway and the driver got out and came to our front door. The driver said he was at our home to drop off the dumpster.
I told him we did NOT order a dumpster. He looked at his paperwork and said we ordered a dumpster. I again advised him that WE DID NOT order a dumpster and let him know his paperwork was clearly in error! The driver apologized, got back in the truck, and pulled out of our driveway LEAVING AN EXTENSIVE TRAIL OF TIRE TRACKS ACROSS OUR WHITE DRIVEWAY, SIDEWALK, AND ALONG THE STREET IN FRONT OF OUR HOME!
We pulled the video from our security camera and immediately contacted Active Waste. They advised that someone would come to our home on May 20th to look at the damage and clean the tracks. NO ONE CAME TO OUR HOME. We contacted Active again on May 21st and the woman administrator said no one was coming and hung up on us.
We have filed complaints with the BBB, Consumer Affairs and District Attorney's office.
WE DEMAND that Active Waste come to our home to repair/clean the damage caused by their driver/truck. If they do NOT agree to this, we will pursue this matter in a court of law!
