We signed up our son for a baseball showcase in Orlando on July 30-31 ****. Its called Best in the US showcase.

We paid $536.54 on 7/19/2024 , we also purchased the refund insurance as well.
We reached out to them to let them know my son would be unable to attend. They indicated we should contact Active to get refund. Per Actives suggestion, we provided all paperwork and receipts. Its been 6 weeks and many emails with no response to any of the emails.
I need someone to contact me to discuss this situation or I will contact the better business bureau.
Unacceptable to have no contact or resolution to this. $536 is a lot of money to not get a response.
