Horrible company! They came out to service my stove/oven and I was told he'd be back with the part. Then Select Home Warranty told me they will not cover repairs as the parts were rusted. Therefor,

Worst most incompetent company in town
HORRIFIC COMPANY. DO NOT USE.
We have been waiting almost 6 weeks to have our dishwasher repaired. Pacific Sales needs to get a new company for their repairs.
They first blamed the delay on the warranty company saying they waited 10 days to approve the claim. then, twice they have pushed back the repair date due to the inability to get the part. The most recent deadline passed last week and they have not come to repair the appliance. they haven't even called with an update.
companies like Pacific Sales and Home Depot need to get new and better and more responsible repair companies. We will never use this company again.
