made arrangeements for Action Movers to help me move furniture I purchased from a neighbor. There was a deadline.

Action Movers failed to show. I called and they apologized. We arranged for them to come two days later which was the last date I would be allowed in the house.

They showed up an hour later than expected. The two guys worked to get everything moved.

When one slacked off a bit, the other called him out.

At the end of the morning, the movers gave us a phone number in case we had other work they could do for us.

my wife paid them $285. We only owed $185! Within minutes of them leaving, I realized the mistake. We called them.

They acknowledged the mistake and said they'd return after their next job. They couldn't have gotten very far in such a short space of time.

we waited, then called the owner. He swore his guys were honest. He said they were still at the last job.

Waited some more. Called and left an angry message. He texted and said "give me till tomorrow morning."

Nothing. They didn't show up.

They didn't repay my $100.

Honest?

I think not! I will NEVER hire them again.
