Bike broke 30 days in no customer service called 10times never human being say leave message no machine to leave message when say leave message but no way to leave message

Horrible customer service, unwilling to communicate with me

I purchased a bike for $500 through this company and received it the first week in March. 5 days later it was not working.

I contacted the company and told them what happened and they tried to assist me trying to troubleshoot different areas which I followed through every single step that they gave me and the bike still is not working I have sent sent them an email every single day looking to be compensated and to receive either a new bike or my money back. I cannot get a response from them. I rode this bike for one week out of the entire time I've had it for almost 7 weeks and they told me they would send a package to me so I can send the battery and key back to them and they would send me a new bike. I have not received that package I have not received a bike I have not received any money.

I am overwhelmed.

I am in my 50s on disability needing this bike for transportation to take me to different places as walking is uncomfortable and difficult on me. I spent over half of my month's income to get this bike to assist me and have not had any pleasure with this bike none whatsoever I am very very disappointed and extremely disappointed in their business manners and how they have handled things.
