Change in Levalbuterol inhaler

I have used Xopenex/Levalbuterol inhaler for years because it has always worked for me. Now a meter has been added to the top of the cannister to show number of inhales used/remaining. Good idea BUT I have small and arthritic hands and now cant get a solid reach to get a good spray. Did the designers bother to check the fit for patient hands? Im woefully going to have to find and change to some other product.
