Stale popcorn & call got dropped

Popcorn is only popping half a bag
Act 2 is a house staple when the first box seemed to be defective by popping a half bag i looked the other way but the same is happening to the second box..only half the seeds are popping and I noticed the dark rectangle in the bag that heats the corn is barely visible compared to my observations over decades of being a customer..this is not cool

Act 11popcorn
Popcorn is still good until February according to the date on the box but some packages has cheese inside the plastic bag of the popcorn I have pictures not sure how to send on here

My son , while eating your popcorn, but into I believe to be a hard peice of plastic.
My 9 year old son and I were watching one of our fav shows and had our popcorn ready. As we we laughing and having a great time he started to panic and cry.
He began to *** and then eventually spit his chewed up popcorn out of his mouth.
He then said that he though he broke his tooth. He then handed me what looks to be a light bluish piece of very hard plastic

Cuz I'm really disappointed by ACT II Popcorn
I bought the chilly tomato popcorn from a nearby store but it did not have the seasoning packet. It only had the popcorn. I bought 2 packets and only 1 packet out of the 2 had the seasoning packet.

Bad box of popcorn
I bought a box of popcorn and all 10 bags of popcorn werent sealed at the bottom of brown bags. I cooked one of them and saw that it had little air in it from being cooked and thats when hot popcorn kernels came out the bottom of the bag and went everywhere and thats when I opened all the bags to check and they were all unsealed at the bottom of the brown bags all 10 where that way.

Bad box of popcorn, no butter flavor at all
I puchased a 12 bag box of your Exreme butter popcorn. The first package I popped had absplutley no butter flavor at all

Dissatisfaction of product bought
Good afternoon. I the other day my husband and myself bought a box of your popcorn which we always enjoy.
This time we were very dissatisfied with our purchase. We always follow the instructions on the box, but this time there were quite a bit of kernals left in the bag. I I didn't want to pop the bag any longer as I can didn't want it to burn. I will wanted to inform you of our dissatisfaction.
We will, though, continue to purchase your product but I prefer to let ya'll know of our issue. I will just wanted to make you aware of our experience. I will took pictures, if needed of the box with any information that you may need.
Thank you for your time. I will Nancy Lefleur.Also I am threw my receipt away because we have never had any issues with your product

Is there a way you can ship some cotton candy popcorn to Louisiana
I recently moved from Colorado to Louisiana and Louisiana does nott have the cotton candy popcorn. So I was wondering if maybe you can start putting it in your in Walmart stores in Rayville Louisana or if not can you ship me some
