Inferior new A/C system.
We purchased a new A/C system from ACS Home Services on 817/23. In the six weeks we have had it, it has broken down 5 times almost every week since our purchase.
My wife who is blind and I a disabled veteran finally told ACS to remove the entire unit and refund us our $9079.00 they refused in the words of Manager Josh Cabrera "That's not going to happen" I have no choice now but to hire an attorney. I am 78 and my wife is 86 and we were taken advantage of with inferior equipment.
