Bait and switch on ticket prices

BAIT AND SWITCH. I recently tried to purchase advance tickets online from the Across the Way Productions Floyd Fandango website which states $50 for 2 day ticket or $60 at the gate, but when you go to order/print them they tack on a $5 processing fee to EACH ticket.

Is this legal when there is no disclaimer stated on the web page that there is a $5 processing fee per ticket? It's not the fee that I'm pissed about (which is a fee charged by the ticketing company) but the fact that they mislead you to think a ticket is one price when it isn't if you use their service.

Here is the proper definition of a bait and switch:In retail sales, a bait and switch is a form of fraud in which the party putting forth the fraud lures in customers by advertising a product or service at a low price or with many features, then reveals to potential customers that the advertised good is not available at the original price or list of assumed features, but something different is. You weren't the victim of bait and switch.

You just don't understand that ticket companies charge service charges. They don't mention that because everyone knows to expect it.

The processing fee for tickets is standard and legal.
