Resolved: Caution, time delay in receiving product
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with partial refund.
2. It took about 8 weeks to receive / complete my order. 3. They only communicate by email and there is a language / translation issue.
4. I have ordered from them 3 times. In 2015, 2017, and again in 2021 For the price, it's good stuff. If your looking for exact, then buy it at the dealership or have it custom made in the States for 10x more money.
If you just need a good sticker or logo, then order here and just wait. I have stickers for the doors, windshield, rear wing, etc. I end up changing them every few years anyways. All three orders took the same long amount of time.
They would rather correct your order, as they did with me than refund anything. 2017 they did make one mistake, took a couple extra weeks, but I got it and it was correct.

Completely unprofessional
Uses other company's photos and watermarks them as their own
Purchased a set of decals assuming they were exactly as pictured on the reference images only to receive them grossly oversized, wrong shape and colour
Requested a refund but they insisted to remake them and sent without my approval - replacement stickers were incomplete and still extremely incorrect. Again requested a refund and now is ignoring emails

Scamed me after 5 weeks wait!
In ordered from this company and after verfiying and confirming my order was $50.. decal windshield sticker..i had to wait about 4-5 weeks until they emailed me and asked me to pay extra $50 again because they has miscalculated the postage fee! So unprofessional and altogether they will not reply to your emails after sometime..theives!

product does not fit as described. CSR's are not reliable. Company refuses to meet delivery.

Resolved: Failure to provide accurate product
Took two months to receive decals.
company shipped wrong product. communicated for 4 weeks to resolve to no satisfaction.
company appears to promote product which they have no intention to deliver. traded emails for 3+ weeks. company stopped emailing. registered a complaint with the consumer financial bureau today.
my contact was a Mr. GA.
DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!! They seems to poses fraudulent activity.

probably it was just shipping issue during COVID, take it easy man since I ever got my stuff from Asia for 3 months, but I still appreciate the seller during hard time meanwhile, understood many normal air shipping suspended & shipping fee was keep going up continuously, crazy world
