I've emailed them three times, and Outlook says that their email server intentionally refuses to accept my email. My email works fine with everyone else.

If the problem is on their end, I have no way to inform them.

Difficult to have confidence in a company that operates like this. I personally will not purchase their product if I can't communicate with them.

I have been emailing Acrok for a month now, nearly every day asking for support. No response whatsoever.

This is ridiculous. I paid $ for their product and they promise a 24 hr response from their support. No response whatsoever.

Nothing. Don't buy from them, they do not support their product.
